Our client has identified an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and approachable Customer Service Advisor to join their thriving automotive company, priding themselves on being one of the UK’s leading suppliers to the vehicle repair and refinish industry, primarily dealing with trade customers.
Position Summary
As Customer Service Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
• Taking calls and placing orders from trade customers
• Responding to emails
• Providing pricing and delivery information
• Providing sales support to account managers
• Recording, analysing, reporting and administering according to systems and requirements
• Preparing and distributing customer activity reports
About you
The successful candidate will have the required skills and experience to thrive within this role, including:
• Experience of working on telephones
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Good attention to detail
• Highly organised individual with a can do positive, results driven attitude
• Flexible approach to workload and the ability to take ownership of tasks set
• Intermediate MS office skills, particularly Excel
There may be a need to offer cover for picking & packing orders and making deliveries, therefore a full driving license is beneficial, but not required.
