Taunton, Somerset
£15,303 - £16,773 DOE

Are you eager and enthusiastic and looking for that first step on the career ladder? Or perhaps you are a highly skilled administration professional seeking your next challenge? If so, this is the role you’ve been waiting for.

Our client is a successful not-for-profit organisation that provides financial services and advice to local authorities throughout the South West. They are now seeking two Administrators to join them for one year fixed term contracts.

Joining a hard-working and talented team, you will have the chance to take on a vital admin support role that has plenty of potential for the future.

With exceptional training on offer, more junior candidates will have the chance to up-skill and gain key experience to get them on their way, whereas more experienced candidates will be able to push their career to new heights of success within an exciting environment.

As an Administrator, you will be tasked with taking on an engaging support role providing essential assistance to a number of departments.

Specifically, your role will include providing an admin service to collection activities, supporting the administration of the fleet of company vehicles and assisting the Operations Team with their admin and correspondence.

You will also support the smooth running of the Compliance Function for which training will be provided as required.

Although no administrative experience is required, to be considered you will need some experience gained within a professional environment either through paid or voluntary work, a strong level of IT literacy and numeracy and organisational skills.

As an Administrator, you’ll need to be communicative, motivated and ready for anything. Eager to learn and highly enthusiastic, you’ll also need great interpersonal skills and a confident, helpful approach.

Experience of a finance environment and some awareness of the Financial Conduct Authority requirements would be an advantage, but this is not essential as long as you are eager and willing to learn.
