Our Client is a leading employment support and training services company, helping people to transform their lives and businesses through work, training, education and financial advice. They work in partnership with governments, public sector organisations, private sector companies, voluntary and community groups to deliver a range of front line public services.

They now have an exciting opportunity for a Trainer in Health and Social Care to join them where you will deliver training across the Cheshire region. Whilst this is currently a fixed term contract position until July 2018, there is a possibility the contract will be extended.

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering Health & Social Care and Employability programmes whilst also embedding Maths and English.  Ensuring your lessons are high quality, differentiated and following a scheme of work, you will assess the student’s work, and will set target grades as appropriate.

They are looking for someone who has minimum L4 teaching qualifications (PGCE etc.) coupled with a qualification in Health and Social care which is Level 3 or above. With previous experience of working within the Health and Social care sector, you will be positive, pro-active and will have a ‘can do’ attitude.

Experience of delivering course content in a commercial environment is key, as is being able to deliver Maths and English up to Level 2. With the ability to motivate your students to maximise their potential, whilst delivering an outstanding learning experience, you will be a self-motivated team player who has an innovative approach to work.

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to deliver training across the region, therefore having the ability to travel and work flexibly is essential.
