Our Client is a leading employment support and training services company, helping people to transform their lives and businesses through work, training, education and financial advice. They work in partnership with governments, public sector organisations, private sector companies, voluntary and community groups to deliver a range of front line public services.
They now have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Quality Assurer to join them where you will be based in Cheshire. This is a permanent, full time position.
Within the role, you will provide IQA support to a team of regional trainers, ensuring good practice and changes imposed by awarding bodies, funding providers and other external agencies are communicated effectively and efficiently. Maintaining sector knowledge in Health and Social Care, you will make sure all programmes are developed and delivered to the appropriate occupational standard, awarding body and funding body requirements.
Making sure all trainers are provided with the appropriate guidance, support and training to effectively carry out their roles, you will develop plans to increase success rate and ensure trainers adhere to all quality standards, both internally and externally.
They are looking for someone who has an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in their occupational area, coupled with a teaching qualification and a Training or assessment related qualification, such as D32/33/A1/V1/TAQA. With a good knowledge of appropriate quality assurance frameworks and experience of training and/or assessment delivery, you will be knowledgeable of National Qualifications and have a proven ability in meeting time, cost and quality targets.
With excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, you will be able to monitor and maintain regards whilst motivating and engaging others.
