THE OPPORTUNITY
My client is a nationwide organisation within the Utility Industry looking to expand their team due to company growth. You will need to have a background in Utilities ideally within the home heating sector and want to work for a company that are continuing to grow from strength to strength.
They are looking for an individual who lives and breathes sales, someone who accepts nothing but the very best from themselves and those around them.
THE ROLE
* Managing our complete sales process.
* Responsible for the sales process from start to finish
* Managing and motivating the field sales team to achieve growth targets
* Managing our internal contact centre to meet appointment targets for the field sales team
* Recruiting, training and managing people who will assist you to meet your objectives.
* Assisting the company in developing business objectives.
* Implementing sales targets and KPIs for individual team members and collective team.
* Driving the sales function to success by utilising your personal skills.
* Assisting with a future transition to a 7-day a week operation and adapt accordingly.
SKILLS YOU WILL NEED
* Proven sales management experience, including extensive B2C experience of heating and boiler sales in the home
* Sales experience of heating and boiler sales within the home
* A proven track record in sales that can be tangibly demonstrated
* Implementing sales targets and KPIs for individual team members and collective team
* Driving the sales function to success by utilising your personal skills
* Have a car and valid driving license
* Be happy to cover the West Midlands area
