Property - Sales & Lettings Trainer - South East

Do you have experience as an estate agent in both sales and lettings and enjoy training others?
A successful national training provider is looking for enthusiastic and adaptable estate agents to deliver apprenticeships in Property Services.
Candidates will need to have vocational experience as well as an Assessor qualification..
Key Responsibilities
• Working with learners on a one to one basis in a variety of estate agencies, both independent and national organisations.
• Using your experience of the property industry to guide learners through their qualifications, providing training to up skill the learners.
• Assessing the full apprenticeship framework, including functional skills.
• Managing your own time to meet targets for timely and successful training completions.
Applicant Requirements
• Experience within both property sales and lettings is essential
• Experience training, developing and assessing learners
• Willingness and ability to work remotely and manage your own time effectively
