Store Supervisor (Brighton)

We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Retail Store Supervisor to join our store in Brighton (coming soon!) on a permanent contract.

This is an exciting proposition for a motivated individual with good sales, visual merchandising and leadership looking to progress their career within Yankee Candle.

As a successful Supervisor for Yankee Candle you will:

Work under the direction of your Management team regarding your store's performance and aspects of the day-to-day operations
Help to lead, support and motivate the store team to hit performance targets and maintain exceptional standards of customer service whilst maintaining your own sales performance to lead by example.
Ensure our customers always get what they come for through responding to local trends and demand and identifying commercial opportunities
Deputise for the Management team in their absence

You will have:

A proactive approach to solving problems, and the ability to tackle any issues that arise
