Our client is a long established manufacturer and supplier of their specialist systems within the Aerospace, Defence and Power Transmission industries. They are a specialist in their field, offering an all in-house service, supplying into companies across the world. Operating from their state of the art machine shop, they use modern manufacturing techniques and are continuously investing in the business.
Due to their expansion they now have an urgent requirement for a Production Controller to join their operation in Hatfield.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure all work orders are created and managed to satisfy requirements
- Liaise with Production Manager, Sales Team and Supply Chain Controller
- Troubleshoot day to day production control issues
- Achieve On Time In Full (OTIF) within deadlines
- Process Improvements
To be considered you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Previous production control experience within a manufacturing business
- Ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines
- Experience using ERP system would be an advantage
- Experience working to Aerospace standards would also be an advantage
This is an exciting role within a stable and respected business paying GBP35,000 per annum.
Other benefits include 25 days holiday per year and pension plan.
