Role: Mechanical Fitter
Location: Stevenage
Rate: GBP16 per hour Limited
Start date: ASAP
Our public sector client is seeking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Fitters / Plumber to join their team on a long term temporary basis with the view that role will go permanent for the worker.
You will be working within specialised clinical areas, responsible for undertaking maintenance, repairs and testing across the buildings. You will also report major failures in equipment, fault diagnosis and solution finding.
To be considered for this role you must have the below qualifications and experience:
Previous experience as a Mechanical Fitter
Maintenance experience within a building services environment
Completed an Apprenticeship would be highly desirable
A minimum Qualification of City and Guilds level 3
Legionella Training
Basic knowledge of low pressure hot water systems, steam raising plant
