Our client offers integrated facilities management solutions which cover on and off-site management, 24/7 helpdesk, maintenance, cleaning, catering, security, project management and a whole host of related services.
As a management company they work to deliver value for money across the range of facilities and property management services required to provide the best environment for their customers. By engaging and managing the best-fit local, regional and national supply chain partners, they deliver services tailored for their clients.
They are looking for a Multi Skilled Mobile Maintenance Electrical Engineer to cover the Darlington & North East areas providing PPM servicing and reactive breakdown service to commercial and retail premises providing excellent standards in re-active maintenance including inspection and testing. The role will include access to high level and confined space working areas.
This is a permanent role and comes with a vehicle, travel time, holidays, pension, flexible working hours and occasional requirement to stay away from home. The standard hours are 8.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and overtime is available.
The ideal candidate will have:
17th Edition
C&G Testing & Inspection
Fully qualified Electrician
The following are desirable but not essential:
Experience in a similar role
JIB Registration
IPAF
PASMA
CSCS Card
DBS Check
