The Integration Analyst will be fully immersed in the successful implementation of the Workday solution for our clients. The position will work closely with Project Managers, Internal Integration consultants, Vendors and Clients to ensure that system and business requirements are clearly defined, documented and communicated.

- Identify and analyse business needs and requirements.
- Collaboration with other OSV Workday Integration consultants.
- Knowledge of Web Services such as SOAP, WDSL, XML, XSLT or XPATH.
- Knowledge of Object Oriented concepts.
- Knowledgeable in full software development cycle.
- Knowledgeable in Application testing processes.
- Knowledge of data security.
- Knowledge of data conversion.
- Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly through research and self-training.
- Passion for customer service
- Degree in Management of Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Effective time management of work deliverables
- Excellent problem resolution skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proven communication skills and the ability to be clear and concise in all communication
- Upon joining OSV must successfully complete Workday Integrations Certification Course
- At least 2 years in a software development role, or a recent graduate from University
- Knowledge or experience with testing/troubleshooting/debugging techniques
- Experience using JAVA and Eclipse IDE a plus
- Experience using XML, XSLT or using middleware products a plus
- Possess a visa to work in the UK
