A global leading engineering/manufacturing company who operate within the Oil & Gas industry are now looking for a Logistics Administrator to join their ever growing team. You will be part of a small team and mainly responsible for ensuring the correct completion and processing of export documentation for shipments from their manufacturing facility to worldwide destinations.
Role and responsibilities:
Ensure goods are shipped to customers against promise delivery & requested delivery service level dates with customer documentation
Responsible for ensuring the company is compliant with all corporate controls and national/international legislations relating to shipping, export, import and supply chain management processes
Liasing with internal and external departments to ensure correct shipping documents are provided for consignments to be dispatched and imported
Ideally you will have:
Experience/working knowledge of import and export legal regulations
Experience working in a manufacturing logistics role
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
