My client are a dynamic and progressive IT Solutions Provider that provide products and services to both public sector and commercial clients. Due to consistent growth, they are looking to add a new Sales Support Executive in to their Watford based office.
Candidates will need to have at least 1yrs+ experience in a Sales Support role, they will need to have excellent attention to detail, be highly organised, have excellent communications skills and be someone who is strong in building and developing relationships both internally and externally with clients and partners.
Key aspects of the role will include:
*Ownership of deal registrations plus monitoring/updates/extensions/renewals - Dell, EMC, Cisco, VMware etc.
*Quote generation for Sales/Pre Sales
*Quote requests from distribution for Sales/Pre Sales
*Vendor reports
*Admin support for Business development & admin support for Marketing (when required)
*CRM updates/Reporting
*Order loading/processing
*Delivery management - Order updates into customer our base. This involves phone and email conversations direct with our key customer contacts
