Description - Account Manager
As an account manager you will be required to proactively nurture new and existing agency relationships by providing an inspirational level of customer service in line with the brand on a day to-day basis. You will be in contact with agency consultants, team leaders, branch managers and directors on a daily basis.
Profile - Account Manager
The successful Account Manager will be required to demonstrate the following skills and attributes;
Sales skills - you can demonstrate that you win business on value add and not simply price and /or other terms
Product knowledge - you develop strong knowledge of our services such that you can field any question on our offering
Commercial - you display good financial dexterity in looking at opportunities and performance. You can hold your own. You monitor key accounts and identify areas for improvement.
Planning and organisation - you are well organised, get things done, and rarely miss a deadline
