Corporate Finance Manager / Deputy Head of Finance - GBP45,000 - GBP55,000 - Norwich - Permanent
Cooper Lomaz have been engaged to recruit a Corporate Finance Manager / Deputy Head of Finance for an established but expanding business, managing the Management Accounts and payments team, based in Norwich.
Key responsibilities:
- CIPFA / CCAB / CIMA qualified accountant
- Managing a team of 9 finance professionals. Including staff appraisal's and progress management.
- Preparation of budgets and forecasting
- Managing the preparation of Statutory accounts
- Overseeing the treasury function
- Preparation of revenue and capital estimates
- Monitoring budgets
- 2-3 years within the public sector
Candidate criteria:
- Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach to problem solving
- A Full driving licence
- Working within and influencing multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven management skills
- Local Government experience is essential
