Regional Manager
Location: Gateshead, North East England
Salary: £36,151 to £41,526 per annum (Pay Point 54 - 61)
The Role:
Working closely with the Head of Service you will take the lead role in the management and development of the region ensuring quality in service delivery is maintained. You will also lead a team of paid and voluntary adoption support and administrative staff, effectively monitoring and controlling workloads.
You will have proven experience and knowledge of adoption work with at least two years of relevant casework supervision. You will also bring good experience of working in a wide variety of social work and/or counselling settings and have a good understanding of adoption and children legislation.
You must be a self-starter and have an entrepreneurial approach to leadership within a managed service. Together with other Regional and Service Managers across the organisation you will actively assist in shaping and leading the organisation to accomplish its corporate objectives and financial targets.
