Vehicle Master Technician

Master Technician required for busy LCV dealer in the Crawley area of West Sussex

GBP38,000 salary package
Basic salary up to GBP34,000 dependent on experience
Bonus package, specifically based around Master Technician productivity
Industry leading commercial vehicle brand
Personal training and development available

I am working with a busy LCV/Commercial vehicle main dealer that represents a market leading brand, to recruit a Master Technician for their busy workshop.

We are looking to discuss this vacancy with experienced Master/Senior Technicians looking for a move, who have a background with any brand. My client is looking for an experienced candidate, who understands the need for high levels of customer service and isn't afraid to speak to customers regarding their vehicle. A Master Technician who is happy to regularly liaise with Workshop Control and be a pivotal contact point between management and the workshop is the ideal fit for this role. As a 'go-to' team member in the workshop, the successful candidate will be an oracle of technical information for all the team, and will assist in the development of Apprentices too.

In return for your hard-work and commitment to the job, my client will remunerate with a very competitive salary package as well as other company benefits. The bonus structure is set specifically for the position, working from a 50% productivity. The current workshop team are hard-working and committed, and the workshop has a regular flow of work.
