An exciting opportunity has arisen for an analytical and organised individual to enter the role of External Repair Co-Coordinator.
My client is a leading IT Services organisation, with over 35+ locations nationwide. They are currently looking for someone with excellent communications skills to join their team as External Repair Coordinator, based in one of their two offices in Northampton.
Reporting to the External Repair Assistant Manager, your role will be responsible in providing the required administration support for External Repairs; maximising warranty claims, managing purchase requisitions and repair vendors and Stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Good Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Good numeracy
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solving
- Prioritisation skills
