Cell Leader
A Cell Leader is required to join a manufacturing business based in Huddersfield to lead a designated production area.
You will be responsible for managing a team of operators working shifts, ensuring that production is planned efficiently and that the required output is achieved. You will be required to effectively plan handovers for shift changes and to make necessary provisions for this.
As you will be responsible for a team, it will be your responsibility to ensure SOP's are adhered to and that KPI's are achieved, ensuring processes are met whilst recording and analysing outputs as well as identifying areas for improvement.
A large part of this role will be to identify key areas of improvement on your line, so an understanding of lean would be an advantage.
Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*Experience in a similar role is essential
*Proven experience of managing a manufacturing team
*Evidence of setting & implementing KPI's
* Strong Leader
