Syncro Fire & Security provides bespoke fire and security solutions to commercial and industrial business throughout the UK. Due to expansion of the business, we are seeking to recruit a full time Finance Administrator. This role is based at our offices in Leigh which has good transport links.
The successful candidate will report into the Financial Controller. The Finance Administrator is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. The main duties of this role will include processing purchase invoices, liaise with suppliers to deal with rejected invoices. Collect and process receipts for the company credit card from the engineers. Assist with sales invoicing and assist the financial controller with other duties such as preparing reports and basic office duties like answering the telephone, directing calls and filing.
The successful candidate will be comfortable in a busy yet friendly environment, be familiar with communication on all levels both written and verbal and have previous experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience in a similar role and use of Sage line 50 is desirable but is not essential.
