PERMANENT - AREA SALES MANAGER - READING - GBP25,000-GBP33,000 BASIC DOE - GBP15,000 COMMISSION (UNCAPPED) + Company Vehicle, Laptop, Mobile Phone and Pension
* Do you have field sales experience in the van rental industry or similar?
* Are you target/results driven with an excellent proven track record in sales?
* Do you hold a full and valid Driving Licence?
To deliver agreed annual budgeted Sales through self motivation and strategic account development.
On a daily basis you will be involved in the following duties:-
* Delivery of an agreed quarterly and annual budget.
* Development of strategic local and national accounts by being the figurehead / local representative.
* Sell on service and retain focus on financial returns and profitability not just growth.
* Identify and develop potential markets that relate to the initial geographical placing of the Business.
* Ability to prepare and deliver sales presentations to a Senior Management / Director level audience.
* Experience of start-up business expectations and requirements.
The ideal candidate must have:
* Good financial understanding (specifically about pricing and margin management).
* Sales capability - capable of representing the company in difficult situations.
* Proven track record of over 3 years in working with and managing, small medium and large accounts.
This position is subject to the employee holding a full and valid Driving Licence
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm
