Responsibilities of the Human Resources Administrator:

• Drawing up contracts as directed
• Managing the administration with contract variations
• ensure that all records are up to date
• Ensuring all filing is up to date
• Booking of temporary staff
• Dealing with general day to day queries from prospective and current employees
• monitor sickness absence and produce reports on the same
• Support HR officer in providing maternity advice
• Managing annual archiving of employee files
• Assisting and updating the recruitment log
• And any other duties related with the role

The ideal Human Resources Administrator:

• must have knowledge of employment law
• ideally have or are working towards a qualification in HR
• be highly motivated and organized
• strong database skills
