Telesales Specialist
Main Responsibilities:
• Contacting potential and existing customers
• Booking appointments for Field Consultants
• Identify suitable offers to meet the customers' needs and requirements
• Enter and update customer information on an in-house data base
• Develop strategies to optimise sales revenue
• Have the ability to fact find and provide a high standard of customer service at all times
• Full and ongoing training is provided
• Uncapped commission plus additional performance incentives
Requirements:
• Good PC Skills
• Confident in communication
• Positive and Self motivated
Working hours:
Monday - Thursday 9:00-5:30pm
Friday 9:00-5:00pm Advertised through Zoek.
