A regional Main Contractor based in Buckinghamshire has developed an excellent reputation in delivering high-quality industrial sheds & commercial projects across the Northern Home Counties.
They are looking to recruit two experienced Site Managers willing to join them as part of their management team with immediate effect, to manage upcoming projects in Buckinghamshire area.
The majority of their projects are Design & Build contracts that require significant amount of design development and commercial awareness. This role would be suitable for an ambitious Site Manager looking to progress to a more senior role.
Salary package dependant on demonstrable experience and overall suitability of the successful candidate.
Requirements:
* CSCS
* Good knowledge of UK building methods and regulations.
* Able to plan work well, and to be well-organised, and prepared for responsibility and decision making.
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* Main contracting experience is essential
* Industrial, commercial offices and sheds ************* desirable
* Trade background is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
You will take control of 'on-site' activities to ensure works are carried out in planned and methodical manner whilst ensuring a high level of safety and quality. You will oversee positive and effective communication between the design and sub contractor teams.
