Due to growth, my client, a market leader within their industry, are recruiting for a Technical Sales Order Processor to join their expanding team in Halifax. Due to an increase in demand the Technical Sales Order Processor has become available and requires a process driven candidate with excellent attention to detail.
The position initially will be working on a temporary basis with the view to then go permanent
Daily duties for the role include:
* Receiving orders by fax and email
* Accurately inputting orders to the in house system
* Translate orders into technical specifications using CAD
* Speaking to customers and assisting with any queries
* Recognising any mistakes and correcting if needs to be to the customer
* Providing an excellent level of customer service
* General Administrative Duties
Skills required
* Strong Administration skills
* High levels of attention to detail
* Good telephone manner
* Patience and tenacity
* Excellent communication skills
