Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood are currently working with a TOP 10 firm of accountants in Cambridge who are looking to add an Audit Associate (ACA/ ACCA Student or Part Qualified) to their existing team.
This is a great opportunity at an excellent firm to take part in providing timely and accurate delivery of technical audit and other assurance services for a large range of clients.
The role does predominantly concentrate on Owner Managed Business and Large Commercial organisations so it would be the ideal role for a Part Qualified or newly qualified Auditor currently working within an Accountancy Practice
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare the audit plan and ensures it appropriately addresses audit objectives
Take an active part in the audit planning and fraud discussion to identify audit risks and appropriate audit strategy
Oversee all aspects of audit fieldwork and completion
Ensure planned audit work is appropriately completed to satisfy audit objectives
Control the audit in relation to timescales, budgets and risk management procedures
Skills:
ACA, CA, ACCA Student / Part Qualified
Previous experience of working in audit
