The Role
Responsibility for the direct line management of the organisation's high-performing core sales team.
You will ensure that the team continue to deliver on their sales targets and KPI's
Coaching and developing individuals in the team to overcome challenges and promote further success.
Carrying out 1-2-1 meetings, reviews and disciplinary meetings where necessary.
You will lead by example; this is very much a hands-on management position with the opportunity to manage and win key dealer accounts as well as inspiring and motivating your team.
The Candidate
Strong business sense and industry expertise. Automotive dealership experience is essential at Business Manager level or more senior. OR have a sufficient understanding of the finance products sold in a dealership (PCP, HP etc.)
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Experience in sales driven and targeted environments
Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
The Reward
Basic cGBP30,000 (Will be flexible to secure the right person)
OTE GBP50,000
+ various other benefits
