The Company

They are a well-respected national house builder who due to a large increase in workload, require an experienced residential Site Manager to join their busy construction team.

The Role

You will be acting as the number one Site Manager on a new build residential project based in the Stoke area. This project consists of 38 new build homes which are all traditional build. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, in budget and to the highest standard possible.

Reporting directly to a Contracts Managers, you will ensure the smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme through to handover to the end client.

- Oversee the day to day operations of the development and monitor progress
- Manage to budget and complete within agreed deadlines
- Manage, motivate and appraise team members
- Maintaining Health and Safety
- Weekly update to owner

About You

As a Site Manager you will be highly motivated and be able to work in a busy, pressured environment and have proven experiences working to tight deadlines in a high specification environment. You must have previous experience working on similar residential projects traditional build.

- CSCS Supervisor Card
- First Aid At Work
- Scaffold Inspection

The Opportunity

For your skills and experience we can offer an hourly rate of GBP22 - 24 Per Hour working a minimum 45 hours per week. Depending on your performance, our client has other developments starting in and around the Midlands area.
