Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking to utilize your skills and knowledge in growing a team of paraplanners within a dynamic wealth management firm?
The Company
This highly successful firm has built a strong team of Protection and General Insurance Advisers (placed GBP1bn of risk in 2015) and recently begun developing their Pensions Specialist division. Therefore, they are now keen to recruit a Senior Paraplanner to lead the growth of a paraplanning team. Since establishing in 2009, they have grown to 33 staff across 3 regional offices and looking to continue to grow sustainably.
Roles and responsibilities
You shall be responsible for supporting their team of Independent Financial Advisers, specialising in DB and DC pension transfers by conducting research; writing suitability reports; providing information for client annual reviews and being proactive to ensure adherence to compliance procedures. In addition, your role will encompass building the team of through recruiting and training new paraplanners to service the growing IFA division. Plus, you will work with the administration manager to develop efficient support processes.
Requirements to be considered
You should have at least 5 years paraplanning experience, and be Level 4 Diploma qualified with an Advanced Pensions qualification - G60 or AF3. In addition, you should be looking to utilize your expertise to be a key part in growing a paraplanning team within a dynamic wealth management firm.
Benefits
Salary of GBP35,000 - GBP45,000 dependent upon experience plus company benefits
