Boiler Manufacturer Gas Engineer
Salary GBP27k-GBP33k (depending on experience) + Van + Pension + Benefits.
Alecto Recruitment Ltd currently has 2 excellent opportunities for experienced domestic gas engineers to join a leading Boiler Manufacturer.
Location - one engineer to be based in South West M25 area i.e. into South / West London, Slough, Twickenham, Middlesex - KT & TW postcodes etc. and the other engineer to be based the other side - East London, South East London, Ilford etc.
As well as specialising in domestic and commercial boilers, our client also specialise within the renewable heating sector, including solar thermal and heat pump systems.
The Role:
- Responsible for service, breakdown and PPM (planned preventative maintenance) calls.
- Attending "in" and "out" of warranty breakdown calls.
- Carrying out fault finding to heating systems through to final repair.
- Providing both customers and installers with assistance in resolving product related issues.
- Liaising with various departments within the organisation - technical support, customer service, sales and senior management teams.
- Must be happy to travel and go into London.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Gas Qualified Engineer - ACS certificates,CCN1, HTR1, CEN1, WAT1.
- Strong service, breakdown and maintenance experience across the domestic gas sector.
- Experience working for a Boiler Manufacturer is preferred although not essential.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
