Select is a specialist area of Santander offering a dedicated service to our premium customers.
As a Select Agent you'll provide a personalised service fulfilling the needs of the customer from day to day queries and transactions to discussing their personal banking requirements. Our Select Agents are the main point of contact for our Select customers, building long term relationships and offering them a dedicated and much more straightforward and accessible service.
That's why our dedicated Select team are just a phone call away 24/7, as well as Select specialists in over 300 of our branches.

As a Select Advisor your main responsibilities will be:
Providing exemplary customer service to our Select customers
Listen to customers to identify and understand their current and future needs, and providing the right solution to meet those needs.
Deepening customer relationships by providing a simple, seamless and efficient service whilst ensuring commercial opportunities are identified and referred
Identifying and driving new ways to make banking more simple, personal and fair for our customers through the education of digital channels, Internet Banking, Phone Banking and Self-service points, to meet their varying needs.
Taking ownership of, and resolving any complex issues that arise.
Developing your knowledge of our products, and the overall market, to provide authoritative advice and insight to customers and colleagues
What we will be looking for in you:
A track record of building solid customer relationships within a customer service environment
The ability to work to discussed targets
Excellent listening and communication skills
The motivation to go above-and-beyond for our customers
Proven experience in a customer service role
Hours of work:
This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern between 7am and 9pm Monday to Sunday.
