Role: Scheduler - Audiology Team
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Mon - Fri 37.5 hrs per week

Key Duties
- Exceptional eye for detail with an inquisitive approach to your work.
- Superior customer service skills.
- To support and build a strong rapport with the field-based staff (it's all about working together as one great team).
- To understand team strategies and objectives.
- Very organised approach with the ability to multi-task using multiple bespoke systems.
- Ability to work and problem solve independently and manage deadlines when required.
- To understand, identifying and take ownership of operational decisions.
- To ensure all NHS AQP (Any Qualified Provider) patients are managed according to defined and contractual pathways and timescales.
- You like learning new things, and are quick to learn.
- Operate in line with company policies, procedures, NHS guidelines and current legislation at all times.
Key Skills
- The ability to explain just about anything to anyone, and you're comfortable communicating on the phone and via email.
- The people skills to deal with senior managers, clinical staff and colleagues.
- The ability to collect data, define and solve problems, establish facts and draw logical conclusions.
- An awesome, positive, can-do attitude.
