Key Responsibilities

We are delighted to be supporting them in recruiting exceptional Hospital Key Account Managers to form a new team of specialists who will be responsible for selling 2 key products. They have an impressive portfolio of branded generic and biosimilars, and are a fast paced, growing company with a great culture, a company who recognise and reward success. In this role, you would be responsible for driving formulary inclusions and pull through as well as developing brand advocates and building partnerships with key customers across your territory.

Essential Skills
If you have experience of dealing with stakeholders across the hospital arena and are able to demonstrate the following?

* Achieving within a multi stakeholder model, using Key Account Management techniques to effect changes in policy and practice.
* A history of delivering sales results and hitting or over achieving targets.
* Commercial astuteness driven by sales results.
* A quantifiable experience & understanding of NHS structure for service redesign, reimbursement, funding, guideline processes and NHS policies.
* Experience of Key Opinion Leader interaction/influence.
* Ability to interact with and educate healthcare professionals.
* Educated to degree level or equivalent experience, preferably in a relevant field.
* ABPI Qualified.
* Experience in Mental Health / Paediatrics / Neuroscience would be really beneficial. However excellent Hospital KAM's with transferable skills to a new therapy area will be considered.
