We are currently working with a well established Accountancy Practice based in Maidstone.
Due to ongoing success and growth, they are currently seeking an Accounts Senior to join their team.
The role will involve discussing all accountancy queries directly with clients throughout Kent and the UK alongside supervising and training junior staff. You will be expected to present to directors with well ordered and complete accounts files for final review.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience working in a practice and be competent to produce an excellent standard of accounts files for owner managed limited company businesses with turnovers typically ranging from GBP100,000 to several million. You will also need to be experienced in corporation tax, vat returns and management accounts, personal tax experience would also be useful. Their principal software packages are Iris and Sage and experience of these would also be useful.
You will either be ICAEW or ACCA qualified (full, part or almost qualified) or QBE/AAT if you can demonstrate excellent prior experience.
