Sales Specialist - Radiation Protection
This rapidly growing company is a recognised leader in medical radiation protection offering bespoke aprons and specialist radiological personal protection garments and accessories to hospitals worldwide. It operates a customer centric business model ensuring the very highest levels of customer satisfaction and thus continued business success.
Due to considerable expansion the company is now looking to extend its field based sales force and is actively seeking a highly driven sales specialist to manage existing accounts and grow new business across South Wales, the South West of England, Oxford and M4/M5 corridor.
In this role, you will be tasked with generating sales of the company's expanding portfolio of radiation protection garments and allied equipment which are used in radiology, the cath lab, operating theatres and pain clinics. The company also provides inventory management software and intends to expand the product portfolio with procedure room products such as positioning wedges and leaded drapes. You will also manage and grow existing accounts offering outstanding customer service and support.
To apply you will need to have built up some experience in medical device sales and have a good understanding of the current NHS purchasing pathways. You will have first class communication and presentation skills and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with your customers. Radiology experience and business to business sales experience is an advantage but is not essential. You will have strong account management skills and the ability to travel widely across this south-western territory.
