Shopfitting Contracts Manager
Shopfitting Contract Manager - GBP35-40k plus car allowance + bonus +healthcare
From its base in Somerset just off the M5, my clients experienced team operates nationally, providing a seamless delivery of shop fitting, renewal and refurbishment services to many of the biggest names in the high street. They are now looking to recruit a Shopfitting Contracts Manager.
As Contracts Manager, you will be a pivotal asset in the daily, weekly and monthly operating effectiveness of specific Contracts, working closely with the Site Managers / Foreman, Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Management team to drive forward advance planning, programming and management of projects through to completion. Furthermore you will have a firm hold on Health and Safety regulations and the practical application of monitoring these details.
The successful contracts manager will be working for a shopfitting company that puts the client first and works in partnership to deliver outstanding quality. This role is very much a shopfitting contracts manager role and not a project manager role and you will report directly into the Directors.
The successful Shop fitting Contract Manager will:
- Currently be a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager with shopfitter experience - My client would also consider someone with shop fitter experience and drive looking for the next step up
- Have proven experience in the shop fitting and interiors industry
- Knowledge of Building Legislation
- Effective communication and written Skills
- Be prepared to work over a large geographical area
- Have financial and commercial awareness
