LOCATION: Somerset (Commutable from: Bristol, Yeovil, Wells,Taunton & Weston super Mare)

THE ROLE:
A superb role has arisen for a NQ Commercial Property Solicitor to join our clients highly reputable Commercial Property Team who deliver a high quality service to clients and to continue to develop the efficiency and reputation of the team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in this busy department in Somerset or a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications will be accepted from Commercial Property Solicitors who are either newly qualified or individuals who are experienced in Commercial Property matters. The successful NQ Commercial Property Solicitor will possess a strong academic background and will have trained with a reputable and credible UK law firm. You will have a passion to qualify into Commercial Property as a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor or already possess previous experience of Commercial Property law and will have excellent interpersonal skills being experienced in dealing with a range of clients, with the commitment to client care. You will be able to work in a busy environment and be able to prioritise your work load, working within a busy team. The successful NQ Commercial Property Solicitor will have gained at least 6 months Commercial Property experience at trainee level in a Commercial Property department. The experience gained during the training contract would include dealing with public sector funding agreements, private client sector development agreements and land development agreements.
