Working on behalf of clients in both the public and private sector, the newly appointed Pensions Solicitor will be advising on both non-contentious and contentious pension matters including professional trustee services and pension's disputes. Led by a number of renowned individuals within Chambers and Partners and Legal 500, the department advises a high profile client base on all aspects of pension law and this position would suit a Pensions Lawyer to is looking for the chance to engage in a variety of high quality matters.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Pension Solicitors with experience in dealing with the full spectrum of pension law gained within a high quality pension's team. Covering the broad range of pension matters you will be joining a team of well established individuals who are keen to continue on their recent successes. As the appointed Pension Solicitor you will be expected to advise on pension schemes, buy-ins, buyouts and also scheme merges and wind-ups. Ideal Pension Solicitors will have a proven track record of dealing with non-contentious and contentious pension related matters.
