HR Administrator

£17,772 - £20,138 pro rata
Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to provide a high quality comprehensive administrative service to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective HR support to their busy Human Resources Section.
What will you be doing?
As HR Administrator your role will include an array of duties, such as;
• Co-ordinating recruitment processes
• Maintaining databases
• Supporting the discipline/grievance processes and consultative panels,
• Arranging meetings/ hearings, issuing relevant documentation and taking notes for cases as required
• A significant part of this role will be to take minutes during formal settings, including meetings with Representative Bodies and Disciplinary investigations/hearings
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have the required skills and experience to undertake this role, including;
• Experience within a HR role, managing diaries and dealing with a wide range of service users is essential
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the abilioty to use Windows and MS Office platforms
• A thorough understanding data protection issues and the need for confidentialty within this role
• You will be a self-starter, effective organiser and will deal confidentially with employees across all levels
