Our client is a total facilities management company that has a 35 year history, they require an area manager to oversee retail cleaning contracts in Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

Area Manager – The Role:

The successful applicant will be required to:

• Visit stores and liaise with store management
• Employ and train cleaning staff
• Complete quality standard audits
• Complete wage sheets

The ideal applicant will also be organised, have decent time management skills, good people skills and above all be the sort of person that gives the final 10% extra to keep their impressive list of blue chip retail companies happy.

Driving license and a good grasp of English are basic requirements, but as long as you have decent organisation skills our client can train and teach you the rest of your role.
