We are seeking experienced administrators to carry out office admin duties on a part-time basis in our small friendly office located in Cheltenham.

Duties to include:

  • Data entry and updating of database
  • Liaison with member firms/consumers via telephone and email
  • Administrative support to office staff as and when required
  • Use of MS Excel spreadsheets
  • Creation and issuing of documentation using MS Word
  • General office duties

Required skills:

  • Previous office administration experience
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate level skills with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills including a professional telephone manner
  • Ability to work promptly and independently
  • A positive, friendly attitude with a team player mentality
