Teaching Assistant required to work in Bath area

We currently recruiting for Teaching Assistant to work in a primary school in the Bath area, the school is in an ever growing area with great commute links to the surrounding areas.

If you are a Teaching Assistant/LSA with experience of working or volunteering with children, and you are available 3 - 5 days per week, we would love to hear from you. As a Teaching Assistant you will need to be caring, patient and nurturing towards the children. The pupils within the class may have additional needs or SEN ie autism, ADHD, dyslexia/dyspraxia and global delay. Roles will either be supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or undertaking small group work assisting with literacy and numeracy, consequently, previous experience in this area is desirable. You will be working with children who very in levels of ability and who come from a variety of backgrounds. The experience offers you a great opportunity to further your career and learning.

The successful candidates will have an understanding of differentiation within the classroom, and also an emphasis on behaviour management and inclusive learning. They will also have a strong passion and enthusiasm for education and have a real drive to motivate pupils in their learning.
