Central to key sites – Brackley, Telford, Dudley & Derby.
The role will react to the changes in consumer and market trends in order to continue to create exciting meal solutions across their range of proteins and added value products.

The Innovation Chef role:
- This role plays a critical role in the delivery of inspiring and creative meal solutions across their three protein categories as well as their award winning added value lines.
- The role will generate a range of ideas and concepts that can be transformed into successful products that are commercially viable and go above and beyond the expectations and requirements of both their retail and food service customers.
- The successful candidate will have experience of working in an innovation role, creating products for retail and food service customers.
- You’ll have a through understanding of a wide and diverse range of ingredients, flavours and culinary techniques.
- You may be classically trained or just have a background in food development that really demonstrates your creativity, passion and ability to turn insight into innovative meal solutions.
- Previous experience of working within product development in an FMCG environment – ideally meat/poultry is desirable.
