Starting Salary £30,918.68 pro rata, per annum (£15,877.16 for 19 hours per week).

Our client is a local independent charity providing services and support to anyone with reduced vision in the area, regardless of age or means.  They have been providing services for over 100 years.

Located at their Princess Alexandra Care Home in Blackpool, our client is looking for an experienced and forward thinking Manager to join their team and manage and develop their residential care home and community based support services.

Primary responsibilities include: to act as the Registered Manager, staff supervision and management, compliance with regulatory and statutory standards, develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, carers, colleagues and external agencies. 

Previous experience and relevant qualifications are essential.
