Part time Fundraiser – (Charity for the blind)

Our client is a local independent charity providing services and support to anyone with reduced vision in the area, regardless of age or means.  They have been providing services for over 100 years.

They are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Fundraiser to join their team.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Raising funds by developing and delivering a programme of fundraising activities
• Establishing and maintaining a donor/supporter base
• Increasing legacy income
• Researching, identifying and submitting funding applications
• Responding to and supporting fundraising opportunities.
• The development and support of a volunteer Fundraising Committee.
• Raising awareness of the Organisation and its’ services. 

Salary £20,202 pro rata, per annum (£10,920 for 20 hours per week).

• Three year fixed term contract.
• Subject to review based on performance.
• Flexibility with regard to working arrangements is required.
