Debt Managers Services Limited (DMSL) is part of Secure Trust Bank, a well-established banking group and provides a superb range of debt recovery services to the credit industry. They are now looking for a Client Services Liaison Officer to join their team. 

In this exciting role, you’ll have the chance to build on your existing knowledge whilst supporting the smooth running of a fast-paced department. 

As a Client Services Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to DMSL’s corporate clients. 

You’ll plan, prioritise and delegate work to the wider Client Services Team to maximise productivity and ensure that targets are met. 

Responding to clients via telephone and email channels, you’ll swiftly deal with new business, answer clients’ queries and resolve any issues in a timely manner. 

You’ll prepare documentation to set up new clients and products on DMSL’s debt recovery system. Additionally, you’ll identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability.

- Customer service experience 
- Strong administrative skills 
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook 

Self-motivated and enthusiastic, as a Client Services Liaison Officer, you must have exceptional communication skills. You must also have strong problem-solving, prioritisation and planning abilities.
