If you are an experienced insurance professional with a natural passion for sales, then we are keen to speak with you! Our client, located here in Peterborough, is currently looking for a Field Sales Executive to join their expanding sales team. A knowledge of the insurance or financial services sector is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:
• Generate and convert new leads into sales to actively grow the business
• Increase new direct corporate sales through the generation of leads and securing new direct business
• Build and maintain relationships and generate new sales via intermediaries, general brokers, specialist brokers, affiliates and IFA's
• Conduct regular face-to-face meetings
• Support and train brokers and affiliates in line with FCA requirements
• Support the development of products and services offered by the company
• Commit to travel in order to meet potential new clients, brokers and affiliates
• Conduct regular reviews with customers, brokers and affiliates to monitor performance whilst documenting the information obtained
• Understanding and following the FCA guidelines and principles in full

Skills required:
• Previous experience as a Sales Executive (preferably in Insurance)
• Proven track record of Sales success
• CII preferable
• CIM preferable
