Store Supervisor / VIP Manager - Bridal Wear

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a very prestigious, bridal and evening wear boutique in Fulham, West London.

This high end brand is currently seeking an experienced Supervisor/Manager to join their exclusive boutique team, and be part of an exciting and celebrity endorsed Bridal and Evening wear brand that is currently growing in the UK and Internationally. They are offering an competitive salaary approx £25,000 plus commission, bonuses and many benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times
• Liaising with Exclusive VIP and celebrity clients
• Booking appointments and taking full responsibility for the customer journey
• Building long lasting relationships with clients to promote brand awareness and increase sales
• Leading a small, close knit boutique team and PR team

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience within Bridal Wear
• Minimum 1-2 years supervisory/management experience
• Self motivated character and able to build professional relationships with clients at all levels
• Full understanding of all issues around choosing a wedding dress
• 2^nd Language would be an advantage
