Complete One is an award winning events promotions firm based in the heart of Newcastle City Centre. We specialise in customer acquisition through pop-up events and in-store promotions. We recently expanded into York and we now have immediate openings at our Newcastle branch for customer service / retail sales assistants.

No customer service or retail sales experience is necessary, however, those from a customer service background will be at an advantage.

Our direct and personalised approach allows us to deliver marketing strategies with a smile and a handshake. We stand out in a competitive market by putting customer experience at the top of our agenda and we are committed to delivering a quality service to both consumers and our clients. 

As a Customer Service / Retail Sales Assistant your role will involve;

• Setting up / managing event sites
• Frontline customer care / service
• Conducting presentations
• Handling queries
• Gathering data
• Customer acquisition / retention

The roles involve face to face interaction with customers, therefore applicants must be confident individuals with good communication and people skills, have a friendly and approachable manner and an outgoing personality.

Applicants successful at the preliminary appointments will be invited to spend a day shadowing one of our representatives. As this is part of the interview process applicants will not be compensated and expenses won't be covered. For legal reasons, applicants must be 18 or over. Applicants must be able to commute to Newcastle City Centre daily and due to the openings being immediate start we will not process any applications from out with the Newcastle area. Our contractors and self-employed and paid on commission only for their completed sales, all earnings are uncapped therefore the harder you work the more you can earn!
