Housingrecruit.com is currently advertising for a Technical Operations Assistant on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Knowsley.

As Technical Operations Assistant, you will help them continue to make things happen. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will be part of a broader team of professionals who are responsible for providing an excellent maintenance service. This is a development opportunity with an interesting and varied workload.

Candidate Requirements:

This is the perfect role if you can demonstrate you:

• Are working towards or obtained a HNC, HND in Building, Building Surveying or appropriate equivalent
• Have the ability to carry out detailed surveys and inspections
• Have extensive knowledge of building maintenance and repair issues
• Have good organisational & communication skills
• Are able to use your own initiative and have good attention to detail
